潜记提供海洋生物识别、物种信息检索、潜点浏览、个人收藏与记录管理等功能。我们可能根据产品规划、法律要求或运营需要调整、暂停或终止部分功能。

3. 账号与安全

• 您应提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并妥善保管账号凭据。
• 因您主动泄露账号信息或未妥善保管账号造成的损失，由您自行承担。
• 如发现账号存在异常使用，请及时通过支持邮箱联系我们。

4. AI 识别与内容准确性

AI 识别结果、物种资料、潜点信息和地图信息仅供参考，不构成专业建议。由于图片质量、模型能力、数据库覆盖范围等因素，识别结果可能不准确或不完整。

5. 潜水安全提示

潜记不是潜水安全、医疗、训练或应急救援服务。您应遵守当地法律法规和潜水安全规范，并在具备相应资质、装备和现场判断的前提下进行潜水活动。

6. 用户内容

• 您对主动上传的图片、备注和记录内容负责，并应确保拥有上传和使用该内容的权利。
• 您授予我们在提供、维护、改进服务所需范围内处理相关内容的必要权利。
• 您不得上传违法、侵权、恶意、误导或侵犯他人权益的内容。

7. 禁止行为

• 不得攻击、干扰、逆向工程或滥用本应用及服务。
• 不得利用本服务从事违法、侵权、欺诈、垃圾信息或破坏性活动。
• 不得未经授权抓取、复制或批量提取服务中的数据。

8. 账号删除与数据处理

您可以在 App 内发起账号注销。账号注销和数据删除将按照我们的隐私政策及适用法律要求处理。

9. 知识产权

本应用的界面、代码、品牌、图标、数据库整理成果及其他受保护内容归潜记或相应权利人所有。未经授权，您不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业目的。

10. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许范围内，本服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们不保证服务不会中断、完全无错误或识别结果完全准确。因使用或无法使用本服务造成的间接、附带或后果性损失，我们不承担超出法律规定范围的责任。

Divenote provides marine species identification, species search, dive spot browsing, personal collections, and record management. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features based on product, legal, or operational needs.

3. Account and Security

• You should provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for losses caused by voluntarily sharing credentials or failing to protect your account.
• If you notice abnormal account activity, contact us through the support email.

4. AI Identification and Content Accuracy

AI identification results, species information, dive spot data, and map information are provided for reference only and are not professional advice. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete due to image quality, model capability, and database coverage.

5. Diving Safety

Divenote is not a diving safety, medical, training, or emergency response service. You are responsible for following local laws, dive safety standards, and making appropriate on-site judgments with proper certification and equipment.

6. User Content

• You are responsible for photos, notes, and records you upload and should ensure you have the right to upload and use them.
• You grant us the necessary rights to process that content for providing, maintaining, and improving the service.
• You must not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, misleading, or rights-violating content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attack, interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the app or services.
• Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, spam, or destructive activities.
• Do not scrape, copy, or bulk extract service data without authorization.

8. Account Deletion and Data Handling

You can request account deletion in the app. Account deletion and data handling will follow our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

The app interface, code, brand, icons, curated database work, and other protected materials belong to Divenote or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use them without authorization.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that identification results will be fully accurate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond what applicable law requires.
