常见问题

识别失败或结果不准确：请上传清晰、主体居中的图片重试。
识别前为什么要授权：识别需要将你上传的图片发送给第三方 AI 服务（火山引擎）进行处理。
地图无法加载：请检查网络连接并确认已授予定位权限（定位权限是可选的）。
收不到验证码：请检查邮箱垃圾箱，或稍后重新发送。
如何删除账号：在 App 内进入 我的 -> 设置 -> 注销账号，按提示完成验证码验证。
如何撤回识别授权：在 App 内进入 我的 -> 设置 -> 撤回 AI 识别授权。撤回后将无法使用识别功能，直到重新同意。
识别图片是否会直接保存：不会。仅在你点击 添加到记录/我的收集 后，图片与识别记录才会被持久化保存。
数据存储在哪里：日志、图片等数据存储基础设施使用阿里云（Alibaba Cloud）。

Divenote

Divenote is an app for divers and ocean enthusiasts. It supports marine species identification, species search, dive spot map exploration, and personal collection management.

FAQ

Identification failed or looks inaccurate: upload a clearer image with the subject centered and try again.
Why consent is required before identification: the image you upload needs to be processed by a third-party AI service, Volcengine Ark.
Map does not load: check your network connection and location permission. Location permission is optional.
Verification email not received: check your spam folder or request a new code later.
Delete account: open Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account in the app and complete email verification.
Withdraw AI identification consent: open Profile -> Settings -> Revoke AI Identification Authorization. Identification will be unavailable until you consent again.
Are identification images saved automatically: no. Images and identification records are persisted only after you tap Add to Collection.
Where data is stored: logs, images, and related infrastructure are hosted on Alibaba Cloud.
